What Will Happen?

Recently, Kanye West has came out with a new song called {Bound 2} and the views don't stop rising. He has many songs with lyrics know one else can think of. But in this video I think everybody is watching it to see Kim Kardashian. The other side of the story to this song is that it was sampled by a group form the 1970`s called Ponderosa Twins Plus One. Kanye basically loops the sample and raps over it. This is actually becoming a problem due to copyright. When the original was recorded in 1970 the lead singer Rickey Spicer at that time was only 12 years old, thought it was a good idea to collect his part, knowing that this is his song and voice. I just wonder how this case is going be dealt with. Will Ricky Spicer get big money in return or will Kanye win this? I will be posting the news once the results have hit the news.
